Can oracle be better than just a toggle slave,, brilliant harmony is a huge upgrade from what it was, but that -30% total cp is utter garbage. Could make it 20% instead or make it so that brilliant harmony card could drop the rate per + at 1% each card lvl

Yeah I don't get it why the toggle had to have a negative effect, when even without it, oracle would still remain the weakest mage damage dealer....There is a reason why it got removed for merc toggle...
