Undine or drillbot potions will have some mov speed, u could have some speed gear to run to locations (175 rings can have mov speed as 2nd stat), combine wind potions to make higher lvl potions, wings, maybe some other deco stuff i heard that maybe medal or emblem or other stuff like that can have speed and also theres some lvl200+ gear
Crystal sword i guess has the highest mov speed a "weapon" can have.

Nut sure if likirus or some other boss card can proc some speed buff for a short duration. Usefull for like doing pw bosses.
