i feel taming skill Cooldown need rework ,,, 20sec fixed isnt fair for pets library content,... 1sec cd or 5sec would more reasonable

No, it's not. Lvl25+8card is equal to lvl29 meanwhile powerful taming sc is lvl 30

It can be a cooldown reduction for each taming lvl (per example 0.5s per lvl) and for the card, like all others, -3% per lvl
