I have 4k m.acc but still chaotic phoenix resists half of my attacks. How can I reduce miss rate? How to increase macc?

you should be aiming for high m.acc armor/gloves, same with weapon and shield
being high lvl is probably the most important thing

the lvl diffrence plays a huge role, so yeah, u to low 😄

the main problem is level. Boss don't have that much m res, but there is 50 lvl gap between you and boss

Close to lvl 240 seems to be better when you have about 4.5k macc (still 30 lvl diff)
