It's actually very easy to restore the game. It's just that no one is doing this. There is a lot of unnecessary content and no new useful content. If new players suddenly appear in the game, they are faced with: -boring leveling and quests up to lvl 153 -competition with bots for the first farm -hard way to lvl 190 on PLVL's -impossibility to farm at a high level on your own without good equipment -very long leveling to get into TU.

As a result, every new player is faced with the fact that he needs to spend a lot of time and effort just to START playing

Need to make an easy and quick way to level up to level 190. For pumping 190-210 there is already Sky Fortress. It would also be nice to introduce a dungeon with strong single mobs. with the ability to do repeatable quests that give a lot of experience at levels 210-230 as a reward. For example, kill 50 mobs of type A, type B and type C. Possible drops from mobs should include Luciad power Armor and Weapon.

The cost of non dura and ergon cratos items should also be reduced. The starting set of a new character should include equipment that will allow you to farm Island of forgotten gods, a parallel world, and possibly Devildom so that newcomers can get a place for initial farming

some kind of quick sell scroll for non duras, more quest like you said with better rewards, materials plus rupees.

The biggest part is just the class balancing. Makes way easier to level and farm when all the classes can do it. Only 3 classes being op and abusing p lvls has for sure killed the whole party aspect of the game

the only part i dont quite agree with is giving a starting set to farm island/dd, it is the easier option but the optimal one would be to balance the mobs so almost any class would be able to solo decently good, which would make partying with different classes viable again like it was before the petclass super buff
