make an event where players create tutorials for different content of the game following a format that you define ( video , clear voice bla bla ) and based on the rating of the tutorial you provide rewards ingame.
We used this Method in a different game and it works like a charm ( the rewards has to be generous , not 5 GPS and 2 Stamina Savers.. )

People who actively play the game still struggle with basic things because the interface is so clunky and much of the text on items is incorrect or incomplete.

there are new players but because of the lack of tutorials and everything being locked behind huge pay walls or grinds they don't get very far.
everything is so expensive there's no way a new player is meant to be able to farm like $500 worth of rupees
plus, there are so many people who are actively looking to scam new players for this reason
