Phoenix card

It's a shame that phoenix cards have a class restriction.
By removing these restrictions, it would be possible to obtain more varied builds.

For example, a kahuna/magus/bm/ol could use a warrior phoenix card to take advantage of life theft and increase physical damage.
Another example would be a berserker/slayer/mb, who possess certain magical skills that can be useful, and who might want to use a magician phoenix card.

Everyone uses the same build, so removing these limitations allows a little more versatility and perhaps the use of a new builds

So we need to limit the number of phoenix cards in the belt
But even with 2 cards, I don't think they'll be any crazier than VM

Yes the magic slayer sucks at the moment, but it has 1 magic damage skill and 1 auto buff using magic attack
In the early days of the master classes, some slayer used the magic build to take advantage of these skills
And he doesn't have the rework at the moment

Templar doesnt need a direct nerf , obsidian card needs one. Magus is already nerfed since his DoT in PvP have been nerfed

@autumn bison this dude died hard as OL vs my MB . I made him change class 2x Times he went slayer and died even harder. He then went VM now and his 1st show up i destroyed his VM 4-0 he hved. Then he slightly improoved. But he is telling you that you have no clue of pvp lmao
