I’m doing the Merky Depths quest right now and it seems like one of the moths are missing, I’ve burned both spiderwebs and have gone through a play through. Does anyone know how to help me

Yes. I collected all three then when I looked I had two, I scowered the room 5 times before going to do another quest, maybe it bugged or smt idk but I’m unsure of how to fix it

Sometimes leaving the area for a while and coming back is enough to put it right. Or try restarting the game.
Or are you sure you checked the needles after you noticed only two were in the door? Maybe you let go of one just a hair too soon and it went back to its resting place instead of in the door

Mhm I checked. When I did it initially it looked like the butterfly went through the door and not in its place
