It does take a while to get the hang of, but essentially you need to always be flying at top speed by using your boost meter and kitting as many of the gold bubbles as possible. Practice is really the only thing for it, but if you get frustrated you can switch to story mode and it'll automatically pass you for the quests if you fail three times.

Ok everyone so I’m doing the the take the biscuit quest and I unlocked the cage they all ran out now I can’t find biscuit can someone please help on this one thank u

Cast Disillusionment on yourself and wait until the mooncalves wander back over. They won't stray from the purple area on your minimap. Sneak around and pan your camera over each one until you find the one named Biscuit.
