Okay, so it looks like unfortunately Epic doesn't have a simple 'move' function like Steam does, so you're gonna have to uninstall the game and reinstall it on your drive of choice. It should have your data saved on the Epic servers, so you should be able to uninstall and reinstall without losing anything.
