I cannot use any abilities nor even open settings. I'm not sure what to do. I was flying on my broom and the map wasn't fully loaded so I fazed through the floor and then this screen appeared. I assumed when the countdown ended that I would die, instead it's glitched my screen. Keep in mind it's been like this for a few hours now. (Occured this morning, it's now nearly 3pm).

Try loading a previous save directly from the main menu. Also if you're using mods, try disabling them if that doesn't fix the problem.
