Does anyone know how to fix it? It has been like 5 hours of me trying to start up the game i tried switching all the mods off, having the mods off, switching off and on the game i dont know how many times even resetting my computer does anyone have any clue how to fix the issue?

I never experienced that but did little digging through Reddit and a lot of people who had similar issues. They shared these tips, see which one works for you.
First fix tip I saw was

First, you have to go to the game's files if you play on PC and it won't work if you go to the Steam's local files. In files, you'll want to go to "Documents"
Once you find the files, you'll have the "Mods" option. Click that. Once in there, you'll see a file named "87986". When you click that, it'll bring you to your downloaded mods I believe. None of the mods are actually named; all have number IDs. The Floo Companions mod ID is "1194528". Delete that file, then go into the game and redownload the mod, and hopefully that should work!

Unfortunetly it doesnt work for me all the mods are uninstalleed and it still shows me the same information sigh
