Help with modded wand glitch and handwear glitch

I've downloaded a mod called Basilisk Wand (any modded wand) in game and I was using it fine until Ollivanders where I had to pick a default wand and now I'm stuck with the default wand. I've already tried disabling and reenabling the mod again. Any help at all?

(This is before the Hogsmeade quest) Whenever I want to put on a glove in handwear or click the option my characters there for 1 second then is gone but I can still click on and equip a glove. When I go back to the actual gear menu I see my character with the gloves I picked out but in game there invisible but in the gear menu there clearly there. Any help at all?

Sounds like a visual bug, try changing your wand handle to see if it fixes

Nothing happened I was playing with a modded wand

And with Ollivanders after I was forced to pick a wand it reset to the defoult wand I picked at the shop

And now I cant get back the modded wand I was playing with before the Hogsmeade quest

It's a nightmare experience, did you try restarting the game or load previous save game before the incident 😭

Tried but the furthest load is right after I got the wand not before

I quit the Hogsmeade quest and got my modded wand back but now I can pogress into the story

Is there a way to skip the quest?

Yay congrats, I think there's no skip since it is a mandatory main story quest that is needed for progression. If you are on PC there's a mod... but I wouldn't recommend.

It mostly causes issues most notably preventing subsequent quests or items from appearing correctly.
