ive just defeated some enemies and now its asking me to help the stranger but theres no marker on the map nor anyone to interact with. Can anyone tell me how i can continue?

ive found someone on yt doing the quest, but for them, they can talk to the lady straight away. Mine is just standing there without being interactable

hmm, i reloaded the game and it appeared immediately, maybe it froze or something 🤷♂️ . Speaking of waiting, is there a way to skip time other than waiting in the designated waiting spot (the one provided if you have to wait to start the quest)?

You can Switch from day to night or night to day If you open your map and Press F!!
