Where i can find the eyeliner makeup in game?

Somebody know where i can find the eyeliner makeup? I installed already in the hogwarts game and everything but cant find it under >new character.
Or is there a seperate window to open for that ingame ?

Can you find it through the in-game mod manager? If not, then no, it's not.

you can get that mod from in game, also 90% of makeup etc mods are inside he complexion slider

you can change an existing character's complexion in that hair salon thing

the make up counts as a skin. cant change it unless you have the character editor mod
