does anyone else have trouble updating mods? for example, the increased gear capacity mod needs updating so i click on update mod. it loads up to 100% super fast and then keeps loading for an eternity

Update mod button doesn't really work as intended at the moment. You can delete the mod folder and relaunch the game to rebuild the mod.
