Came back to the game after the recent update and started a new save file. Right at the beginning of the game I am already getting weird textures on the rocks and I am not sure what else is waiting for me. I have few face/hair/outfit mods as well as adding companion/bigger Vivardium mod installed via in-game. I have 4070 (16 GB) card with setting on High/Ultra and things like RTX Skylight being enabled. I do not know what is causing this issue.

Additionally, I had to download a re-shade preset to make my game look better, but I still do not like how dark the game is even when calibrating the image settings. It is either too dark to my liking (palest skin tone doesn't look pale in my opinion) or washed out if I try to increase the brightness/contrast/etc. My golden blonde hair looked green in the intro cutscene 💀

I would greatly appreciate some visual setting tips like your favorite reshade presets or Nvidia Filter personal tweaks.

can you share what reshading mod you used? additionally did you mean "RTX Skylight"?

Yes, I meant RTX Skylight, sorry. Edited that part. The reshade mod I use (the original 2 pictures I attached in my post are what it looks like with the reshade): https://www.nexusmods.com/hogwartslegacy/mods/230

NOTE: After reloading the game the rocks are not blurry anymore, but im just buffled why they were like that in the first place.

It could have been due to the load order of the mods.

Posting pictures here on how the game looks like on with vanilla during the intro cutscene. Once again, the hair color looks greenish when i have golde blonde

got it. i created a new save file with the same mods and slapped the order randomly and the blurry textures disappeared, so I wonder what the correct order should be like? This is what it was when I first had issues with the textures

Your mod manager should be able to automatically sort the load order for you

You mean the mod manager in the game itself? I didn't see any option for that and it makes me enable the mod one by one. By any chance, do we still need to use Mod Merger with this recent update? I was using it back in 2023 but not sure about now

If you're using the official hogwarts legacy mod manager provided on Steam and Epic it should automatically set the load order
