I wanted to change my in-game settings but now, my only option is pressing the R key to restore by default and make the graphics low.

are the other options tabs appearing correctly? is the graphics tab the only one affected?

Ive got the same issue actually

and have one mod installed a character appearance mod adding some hairstyles thats it

same issue here, only way is to change it manually in your game folder

Right now, the only fix for this (for Steam users) seems to be reverting to a previous game version
