#how to make the character not look like melted candles?

You'd probably have to increase your graphic settings
which ones? all of them do nothing except low or speed up my game's performance
I'm not sure, that's beyond my depth of knowledge. You can probably google to find out which settings affect the character appearances.
What kind of specs is your computer packing
what are specs?
Specifications. What kind of hardware do you have.
But based on that response I'm going to hazard a guess that your computer may not be built for gaming.
i'm not sure if it is, but the guy that sold the PC said it can be used for anything. It can handle lots of games, but not when they're high quality
Who sold it to you???
not to me, to my mom, so i have no idea..
'Anything' is a rather broad claim
If changing your graphics settings doesn't help, your computer may just not have the kind of juice Legacy requires.
what a bummer.. i was hoping to enjoy the game as it is shown on the cover. i was sure that it was something that i changed in the settings, since in the first cutscene after you customise your character, everything looked so good, but the moment i got to hogwarts, it all went like in the photo i attached. So i went to setting and set everything to high and it didn't change a thing..
Running cutscenes is very different to running actual gameplay.
really? but even when i could move and use my keyboard and mouse, it still looked good
It's probably the sheer size of Hogwarts and volume of NPCs, then
