Hey maybe it's not the right place to ask but I kind of got soft locked out of the Sebastian Side quests in one of my play throughs
It's the scriptorium quest that doesn't pop up and so the other quests that are supposed to come after also don't appear. I have already finished the shadow of mine quest because it's part of the main quests.
The Relief is still broken and we have also talked to him in the great hall and we don't have any letters to open manually

How long has it been since you finished the previous quest? You need to wait a certain amount of in-game time before an owl will send a letter prompting you for the next quest/the next quest will become available.

Ahh, that's unfortunate. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling yet? Otherwise it could be a bug that you'd need to contact game support about 😔
