Never had this issue before - this is a new account, used the slytherin skip intro thing due to not wanting to re do the introduction.
but i cant purchase potions, and ive done all the quests but i need one potion to do the other quests.

Oh. I don't know if that's broken, but I'm pretty sure there's a mod where you can access all shop/vendor inventories from anywhere. I was wondering if maybe you had that, and if you did, if maybe that had something to do with this. shrug Was just a guess.
