My game crashed on the first loading screen and since I haven't been able to get on again - when I click the "Play" button in Steam, this message comes up. Does anyone know what to do?

My son is having that problem too. I had him reinstall and Norton flagged a file " idp generic." After, it gave him that error again. I haven't had the error but I do have Norton flagging "idp generic"

make sure your games are allowed thru the firewall
