It's not like when you're on the map and zoom out completly. I mean like which vendor (as an example) you haven't found yet. I'm now using an app i found on the play store, but it's not easy to work with tbh. So are there any easier ways you could see what you still have to do? The landing platforms or the balloons are also an example.

Sadly there isn't. You can check by region what you have left to find (4/5 landing platforms for exemple), but there is not the exact location. You will only find it either by yourself or on internet (youtube)
