i started playing hl last week because i finally got a good enough computer to run it and it's great and runs like butter but there's a couple of graphics things that are really bugging me and i can't tell if it's something to do with my settings or if it's a visual bug or what but it's a little bit irritating. all of my settings are at ultra, the fps cap is at 360. the most obvious issue i'm coming across is the blurry stars in the sky as if my character needs glasses 😭 but i also am having this after-image sort of effect with when things move in certain bright lightings (see the lingering pixels in the third picture). lighting also has a weird bloom effect that i'm not sure if it's just the game's graphics or if it's a setting i can turn off somewhere. anyway here are some screenshots (currently in a story quest so i can send some more afterwards)
