I think you need to unlock a door for that one. I had trouble finding it as well. So unless you have alhomora already you can't get it yet. I don't know if it is a 1,2 or 3 Lock...

i tried a bunch of fixes none of it works. only "fix" is to restart the whole game and hope you don't get bugged. If anything you shouldn't worry too much since you can still get all the achievements even with the bug its just ocd things with missing 1 item in the whole map

The only thing revelio shows at the defence tower floo around me are the nearby floos. Either a butterfly or the picture should show (if one is near the defence tower floo flame), unless I already got it, which should mean Fly experienced a bug.
