so i'm doing the flying quest and it told me to return to courtyard but its not letting me get off and its Arthur keeps going back to the owlery i am not sure if its a bug or not but i really need help

Okay, so yeah, you need to go back to where you started the quest. The Flying Class lawn, near Professor Kogawa's office.
