I'm missing one Conjuration item, but all my chests are account for. My only guess is I missed a butterfly chest, but I've already scoured the entire map for their locations.

If you've checked all fifteen locations carefully, all twelve in your vivariums, and your map counters are full, they you probably have the common and unfortunate conjuration bug. The only way I was able to fix it was by deleting my character entirely and starting over.

aw man. I might be missing one from one of my viviariums, i didn't keep track of which ones I found all chests in so hopefully it's that and not a bug 😭

Are you sure you found every vivarium collection chest?
