My game keeps crashing at preparing shaders when the progress bar is around 70 percent

I load up my game and I bought it yesterday and havent been able to play at all becasue everytime I load it up, I go to the preparing shaders loading screen and around 70 percent my game either freezes until I close it or most the times it just crashes
