I solved three ancient magic puzzles so far but it doesn't increase the amount of bars, like it should. The bars are filled with ancient magic power, but I want three/four instead of two. What am I doing wrong? Or what is it I don't understand?

I think I just found an answer to my own question. After I did the dayly administration check all "!"s I had a third bar
