Hello all, I got a few questions about gears.. 1. Are the lower level legendary gear useless? kinda a dumb question but I've been hoarding them just incase 2. I'm currently level 29, is it better to wait till level 40 to open the legendary chests or it doesn't matter? same goes for the unidentified legendary items I got, do I identify them once I'm level 40?

Gear scales to your level when you find it no matter its rarity. Basically if the number is green, put it on, if it's red, sell it. 'When you find it' is also the key for unidentified gear, so waiting to identify it won't make it any more powerful.
