When the game is completed and you reach level 36 and 34, a mission opens and you win a trophy in that mission, but level 34/36 is enough to win the trophy or do I have to do something for the trophy?

Yes, one of the achievements is to reach level 40 and another is to spend all possible talent points, so you need to get to max level in order to platinum the game.
