FPS and lag issues even on low settings

Recently got back to the game and been having big FPS drops to the point where it's almost unplayable. I used to be able to play on ultra settings a few months ago but now I have everything on medium and turned off/on anything to help me with FPS. Is this a known issue currently?

I have all background apps closed as well, other than discord. This issue appeared out of nowhere

How much fps you are getting?

Is there any stutters

Is there a way to see the exact number? I have stable FPS until I do movements and it gets all shaky and laggy

Actually I’m using amd cpu so there is a software to check that but you can use benchmark option

Sometimes during combat fps might get dropped

But mostly I’m getting 55-60fps only my texture is medium rest everything low
