Any idea on how to un stuck myself? i have tried to find a ledge to climb on but there isn't any i tried to re load my saves but un fortunately the last saved was me, stuck in the river.

If you can't use your broom you can follow Effie's advice and use your map, choose a floo powder point to travel to and it should do it.
