Onyx Hippogriff not appearing | Hogwarts Legacy | Page 1

I just unlocked flying mounts,(I did the High Keep quest), and I have Highwing but not the Onyx Hippogriff? I put in the code for it a few days ago before I had done the quest and it said I had already redeemed it, so I thought it would show up when I unlocked Highwing, but I only have Highwing in my flying mount inventory.
Do I have to wait a bit longer? I turned off the game and reopened it to see if it would show up and it just needed to load, but there’s still nothing. Proof I have the Onyx Hippogriff code, but don’t have the Onyx Hippogriff in my inventory is down below.

Sorry if I was meant to contact Customer Support instead, I just wanted to see if there was a reasonable explanation instead of a game bug

this is what it says when I enter the code btw… I have recieved the felix felicis potion but not the hippogriff

Just reloaded the game again and still nothing.

Did the code came with your own game or was it bought? Did you reedemed previously? Either way since the summer update the mount is available for everyone, so you technically dont need a code anymore. Make sure your game is updated, and if i doesnt show up then if you have an earlier save try to redo the quest.

I can’t redo the quest and I have no Onyx Hippogriff despite the fact I put in the code
I have the felix felicis potion, so it’s not like the code fully doesnt work

It might be buged. Have you updated your game? I think is worth a try to make sure you have the latest version and check if the mount is still missing. Maybe that will fix it

Okayy I’ll try, but I think I’m all up to date because I got all the twitch rewards for free from the summer update

I thought the Twitch drops were available before, anyways I hope it works, I believe it might just be the quest that bugged on this playthrough and not a matter of your code not working. If so on a different playthrough, it will probably show up. Going forward make sure you save often, save right before starting a quest and after you finish the quest make sure all the rewards are properly registered, I had issues with Minding Your Own Business and nearly didnt Platinum and 100% the game.

I got the felix felicis potion so it definitely works 😭 I’m not sure why the Hippogriff wont show up
