all twitch drops should've been added for everyone in a previous update. the rest are from the summer update that added the haunted shop quest and photo mode. you should have access to two new brooms as well, but you'll have to find one of them.

it was exclusive to playstation until recently. all platforms get that stuff now.
everything is going to carry over no matter what save you're using.
