I saw on internet from stage 3 you get like 3 strong ones 2 small ones that’s like impossible to fight with and that’s just stage 3

Not really sure what you mean by "Stage 3", but...yeah, there are several spots in the first trial where you fight the larger Pensieve guardians, and at the end you fight one of the colossi. But yeah, not impossible. Actually rather easy when you know what you're doing.
