Every time the loading screen appear or even on random times (when I am a few minutes away from my computer), the game crashed, with no error/message. I got a brand new desktop computer, so I hope the problem is not my computer but the game instead.. I already have tried different settings, update drivers, restarting the game/computer, etc. Can someone please help me, or at least tell me if it's the game or my new computer.

could be a mix of both, but its well known that since the new update, and even before, the game became more unstable with subsequent updates.
Some say turning of Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling fixed most of the crashes for them. while for others it didn't.
It would also help to post your PC specs if you know them. it could determine whether or not your system meets certain requirements for the game, and whether or not simply tweaking some in-game settings can alleviate some of your issues.
Thank you
ello, I have a problem with this game. The game turns off by itself after several minutes of gameplay (I play on Steam). Do you know how to fix it?
checked the integrity of the game files on Steam. I changed the graphics settings in the game and nothing worked
Would this shut your computer (pc) down randomly, my pc is turning off randomly since I tried to re install the game…
you have deeper issues than this game from the sound of things. I dont think I can help you there, as it sounds more like a hardware issue.
since I uninstalled it completely I have not had an issue of my PC shutting down (it was almost every 2-5 min when trying to install it)
you might have been running out of storage space. I cant think of anything else, but it seems like other issues besides this game.
you might need to re-install the game
I just updated everything as well (drivers ect) it only shut down though with Hogwarts, was playing all morning on other steam games
but thanks
look into msi afterburner. search this software so you can see whats going on with your hardware in this game.
my pc is 4.5 years old and runs everything on ultra fine. i have also never had ray tracing on. maybe that is affecting you. also if you have mods those could be breaking the game
its most likely RT, since I've heard that RT was more stable in an earlier build of the game. I'm not ruling out mods being a potential issue though.
I had mods, yes.... I have uninstalled HWL for now though because my pc shuts down every 5min with it installed, hasn't shut down since
I have no idea what Ray tracing is
mods are what did it then
so can't have mods at all with this game now
mods werent the problem. most likely the way you installed said mods. they are against the TOS of this server anyway so you probably should un-install them to be safe.
