Dodge/Protego cues stay up for longer. Enemies have lower health and do less damage. Enemy shield charms won't reappear after a certain amount of time. Learning a new spell has no decay. Catching beasts is an automatic success. Lockpicking minigames are skippable. The Scriptorium puzzles have no time limit. Failing a time trial against Imelda three times allows you to skip it and proceed with the quest as though you won. Daedalian keys are easier to get into the lock (can't remember if it's an automatic success or they just fly slower).
I might be missing something but that's all I can think of right now
The keys fly like they're half-asleep.
