I've tried setting vsync always on in amds adrenaline software, setting the cap in-game to 60, using vsync in-game and it still plays at 120. pc specs; ryzen 5 5600x, 16gb ram, rx 6600, the game is on a m.2

try locking your monitor's refresh rate to 60 as well

try locking it in control panel for the HL.exe specifically. for nvidia its in "manage 3D settings". not sure where it is for AMD.
