Entered Rookwoods castle without quest and cant get out

i wanted to explore some of the map and found a castle, i was curious so i entered. got too deep. dont know my way out + im trying to just get through it but this part is impossible? its a door and on two sides there are hanging chains to open the door im assuming? please help
