brocburrow balloon cluster

I'm just wondering if the balloons for brocburrow are for a quest as they're not showing up for me

It’s for a achievement. You get rewards for completing the balloon achievements. On your achievement log you can see it somewhere

So you get a reward like when you complete a quest but it is categorized as a achievement not quest
