character not available?

I stopped playing bc I tried logging in and my main character wasn’t available it’s like the game isn’t recognizing my account but the save data is there so i genuinely don’t know what to do. Anyone know a fix to this issue oh and btw I’m on p4.

By logging in do you mean with your WB account?

Because that’s just to get the wand and house imported for the game and a few cosmetics

There’s no cross save for the game across platforms

No I mean when you log into the game and then select your character, mine won’t show up but when I select the game and go into saved data it shows my character is still there…

Do you have PS+?

It sounds like the game is syncing empty clod storage instead of the console storage?

Try turning off the sync cloud save and then try opening the game? It should default to console storage.

Otherwise it sounds like the saved data is for another account on your PS4

Then it really sounds like the saved data is for another account. Try checking any other accounts on you PS4 and load up the game with them, see if any have the characters show
