strange icon

hi when i was exploring hogwards i found some sort of icon on minimap but when i go on its location every time i cannot see npc to it is it bug ? (also it doesnt matter if im on this floor or higher it is always on the same spot on minimap)

That means you have a conversation waiting for you with one of your professors. Looks like you're in the Defence Tower so that's with either Hecat or Ronen.
