Well if they’ve got everything in their Collection tab on their field guide it might be a bug
For the savvy spender they need to hit level 40 and spend Al, their talent points

No that’s just the name of the trophy.
Any version of the game can get it, you just need to complete the Collections part of the Field guide

He should check in the Challenges part of the Field guide what he’s not completed as challenge progress and completion 8s the only way to hit level 40
