i got stock at lvl 39

Hi, im having issues to get lvl 40, sudenly when i was getting the collections remainings like revelio oages etc, i was getting exp on lvl 39 but when the blue got at max in lvl 39 i get revelio pages o field pages and no get exp, collections chest and nothing... What happens?

And btw why i got this symbol if i finished all the quests, and i go to the place where the symbol is and i find no one to talk...

The level 39 thing is an unfixable problem unfortunately. Happened to me and many others.

People have complained about this for almost a year I think, me included. The answer is always something along the lines of “we’re working on it”
