I was wondering how to open the door after the scriptourium after the quest?

I don't think you can, but I'm pretty sure you can enter the scriptorium from the door you exited from at the end of the quest

Yep, the passageway is locked after you finish the quest. After that you an enter the Scriptorium itself, but not the corridor leading to it.

Are there any field guide pages or stuff that can stop me getting 100% in there?

No. The only Field Guide page is in the Scriptorium itself. There are a few chests and gold pouches in the passageway, and the diary entries by Noctua, but those aren't strictly necessary.
