because when I opened it for the first time, it didn't give me the reward, and on the map you can see that it marks it as not opened

I found the solution for when this happens
In summary, there are 12 collection chests in total within the fantastic beast nurseries (there are 3 chests per room, 4 rooms in total). When this bug happens to you, one of those 12 chests will be repeated, you can open it a second time and it will give you a different reward, so there will be 13 rewards in total. This is how you can get the reward from the collection chest that you couldn't open.
