1 missing collectible

I am missing 1 exploration Collection Item and I have no idea where to look. I’ve searched all my vivariums twice I’ve done the butterflies twice hogsmeade, Hogwarts and the world map all say I’ve collected them all. Please any ideas

Also I know I’m missing another 2 but there in the vendor

Unfortunately this is a common bug. The only way we've been able to fix it is by deleting our character and completely starting over.

Nope. If you've double-checked everything and made absolutely certain to visit every butterfly location, since those aren't included in the map counter, then sadly it looks like you've done everything you possibly can and it's an issue with the game itself at ths point.

Imma do 1 last check and double check everything. If anything it’s the butterflies . But if that’s the case idk If I am going to bother with the plat 😅😭

I mean if you're not out of character slots, you could still get it when you make another

Yes, but you would probably be able to collect them all this time instead of one just vanishing
