You can run the game if you just add another RAM stick to it.
16GB is the minimum you need for the game

I looked couple of videos it is possible with 8 gb ram you think it wont run on all low graphics?

The RAM is mostly how fast everything will load/process
You can get it to run but the performance will be slower than the minimum
