Headmasters office, i was outside it but didn't see a way in... what about chamber of secrets? and other house common rooms that are not your own?
Also i saw a train i forget where, but i'm wondering if the hogwarts express is in this game? from london to hogwarts that is....

You can get into the headmasters office later in the story.
The chamber of secrets isn’t in the game but the entrance is teased as an Easter egg in a field guide page
The Hogwarts Express is in the game, you’ll occasionally see it travelling along the tracks but you can’t get on it or go to London
